- 12 oz Frozen raspberries, defrosted
- 2/3 c Sugar
- 3/4 c Seedless raspberry or strawberry jam
- In a small saucepan, heat berries and sugar until it just begins to boil. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
- Add jam, continue to simmer a few more minutes.
- Place cooked mixture into a food processor and process until smooth. Pass through a fine sieve to remove the seeds from the sauce. Cool and serve.
